Pro tips for doing well

• The CLP textbook should be your primary source of information, *NOT* the lectures! Study your lecture notes alongside the CLP textbook and read ahead.
• Work on questions from the CLP problem book without looking at the answers first.
• Come to class prepared and ask questions.
• Do the WeBWorK assignments throughout the week and not just on Fridays.
• Form a study group.
• Ask and answer (!) questions on Piazza.
• When you are ready, look at past final exams.

• Find the CLP textbook and problem book.
• Familiarize yourself with the common course page. Here you should find all the information you need. In particular, make sure you understand the assessment information for this course.
• Familiarize yourself with the MATH 101 Canvas page.
• Find the Piazza link on Canvas. This is an online forum where you can discuss questions with your fellow students. There is also a dedicated Piazza teaching assistant (TA) who can help.
